Overview
GENP comes with an extensive help file running to hundreds of pages with over 190 graphics explaining how to use the program. There is an example database including pictures.GENP has been extensively Beta tested by experienced genealogists.
GENP offers the most comprehensive set of categories of information that can be stored for an individual. Birthdate, death date and everything in between! You can store and display pictures or other media for each person.
GENP enables you to have more than one genealogical database. Access any of your databases via the catalogue. Group databases together for easy searching. For example, you may group all your British genealogies together! Move a database to another group instantly.
GENP meets your changing needs. From our one click Standard reports through to the most advanced sourcing and bibliographic output. We use clear and consistent terminology with a glossary.
GENP's round trip coding takes sourcing out of the realm of the experts and into the hands of novices. We have made a dozen improvements to existing source systems then added two layers of functionality. We have simplified and demystified operations. If you believe that having two databases on screen involves running two instances of your program then you need to think again.
Our database design has always been different from other programs; for example a newly created database will be only 23 kb in size. GENP is not lightweight with over 1,200 program messages. Personalisation of the program runs to 58 tab sheets of choices as well as our unique Configuration Control.
