Sample ReportsWe have used the demonstration Keipert family to produce some sample reports. The following are just a few of the many reports available. Please click on the following thumb size graphics to see the full size version. They have been output in HTML and PDF format. Note - These are only some of the output formats available. If you are related to the Keipert family please contact us. The following sections describe some of the styles of reports and variations. Pedigree ReportThe report commences with Gertrude May Keipert. The generations per page is 4. The Box Style is a colorful Double frame with a blue Border Fill and yellow centre Fill. Note - Because of the long places for some of the people we have specified substitute Place Styles. Narrative Report called Descendants IndentedIt commences with Johannes Keipert who is the primogenitor of the family. Not much is known about him - not even his birth or death dates. Note how the sentences change when we don't have a complete date. For example, "on 2 Oct 1855" but "in 1915". The numbering style is D'Aboville. Narrative Report called Ancestors with ChildrenThe report commences with the most recent generation and works backwards towards the primogenitor. The report runs to 2 pages. Narrative Report called Register (Modified)The report commences with the primogenitor Johannes Keipert. When there is following data on a person there is a plus sign (+) against their sequence number. The report runs to 2 pages. Narrative Report called Descendants - Indented, with ImagesIt commences with Heinrich Johann Keipert and his 8 children. We have chosen to have an image for the main person and others when images are available. It is possible to resize and position images. Narrative Report called Descendants - Indented, with Endnotes and BibliographyIt commences with Johannes Keipert who is the primogenitor of the family and totals 3 generations. Note the section for Endnotes and the section for Bibliography. The first endnote is for Johannes Keipert himself - endnote 1. Numbering StyleYou can apply a numbering style to the Narrative reports. The following graphic depicts some of the styles.
